1. Custom-Made Products
Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted, except in the case of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damage during shipping
- Incorrect items received (not matching your order)
We strongly encourage you to double-check all details (such as size, color, design, and customization options) before placing your order.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains a defect:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
- We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
3. Exceptions to the No-Return Policy
In rare cases where returns are accepted for custom-made items (at our discretion), the following conditions apply:
- The item must be unused and in original condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- A restocking or customization fee may apply.
4. Non-Custom Items (if applicable)
If your order includes any non-customized items, you may return these within 14 days of delivery in accordance with consumer law. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
